He has also served as Head of Legal in several large Chinese companies operating in construction, logistics, and energy sectors, gaining extensive experience in legal support of investment projects and international business operations.

Ogabek Tokhirkhonov is a practitioner in FIDIC contracts, widely used in infrastructure and construction projects. His experience working with government authorities enables him to effectively advise on public procurement and tender-related matters.

He also provides comprehensive legal support to companies operating in the transport and logistics sector.

He graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with a degree in International Law, where he was actively involved in the university’s Legal Clinic.
